    Is my pet secure in the pouch?

    The pouch is stitched into the front panel and sits chest-high against you, with full-length side seams so your pet can't slip out sideways, and a soft hood over the top. Keep their head out and uncovered, support the pouch from underneath when you walk, and never leave your pet in it unattended. This is a comfort carrier for short trips and around-the-house wearing — not a substitute for a proper carrier when you need one.

    What size pet does it fit?

    Small pets only. Weight limits per size: S up to 4 kg / 8 lb, M 5 kg / 10 lb, L 5 kg / 12 lb, XL 6 kg / 14 lb, XXL 7 kg / 16 lb. Suits puppies, Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, small mixes and most cats. If your pet fits in one arm comfortably, this fits.

    Do I need to size up?

    It is cut oversized on purpose, so there's room for your pet and for a jumper underneath. Your usual hoodie size works for most people — size up if you're between sizes or want it roomier.

    How do I wash it?

    Machine wash cold (30°) on a gentle cycle and air dry. The fleece keeps its shape and softness. Skip the tumble dryer.
